What is Coastal Collective?

Coastal Collective is a classified listing platform created to market your vacation rental to the most potential guests. As New Jersey natives, frequent travelers, and rental owners ourselves, we genuinely understand the challenges that both vacation rental guests and property owners face. We have strived to create a platform that makes the process of vacationing easier on both ends.

As a host, what fees am I saving listing through you?

Since guests are booking directly through you as an owner, you can avoid New Jersey’s state occupancy and municipal taxes if you have less than three rental units. We also do not charge a commission on each booking, just one flat yearly subscription charge (on average, less than one-tenth of the leading vacation rental site’s fee).

As a guest, why would I book through you rather than the leading national sites?

We have no service, occupancy, management or cleaning fees. The pricing you see up front is the pricing that you get, plain and simple. Since we also do not take a commission, our property owners can offer more competitive pricing to guests. It’s a win-win for everyone!
